MARK’S INDUSTRY INSIDER:
How is ABC adapting to the industry?
By offering a large range of options. Never in our history has there been so many alternatives to choose from, including blinds, shutters and curtains. Also, there is a growing awareness of energy efficiency, and how outdoor awnings and blinds can play a role in this. Stopping the heat from getting to your windows and entering your home is the ultimate scenario.
What should people be expecting from coming into an ABC Blinds showroom?
Showroom visits are wonderful to see the variety on offer and we have started to put more information on display to walk customers through the options.
What are some exciting things happening in the industry, or that will be around in the future?
Sheer curtains are making a strong appearance. They filter light, have a soft feel and can make a room appear larger.
Final thoughts, tips or advice?
We offer a 5% price guarantee, as we know price is important but also that service is paramount. We are also proud of the fact we are a local WA company and a local manufacturer who employs over 160 people. We have a huge factory in Wangara and we encourage any customers to come and see their blinds being made!
